APLUS has fully transferred production of its entire tyre range to the Haohua Vietnam manufacturing base. With an investment of USD 500 million, the 460,000 ㎡ facility has an annual capacity of 12 million PCR tyres, exported to 168 countries.
The factory integrates Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) to achieve end-to-end digital management from raw material warehousing to finished product dispatch. Key equipment includes high-dispersion internal mixers, single-stage building machines, hydraulic curing presses, and AI-assisted X-ray inspection systems – ensuring consistent wet grip, low rolling resistance, quiet comfort, and long-life performance.
