(HO CHI MINH CITY, January 2026) – Tyre brand APLUS today announced that its entire range of PCR, SUV and light truck tyres has been fully transferred to the Haohua Vietnam tyre manufacturing base. With a first-phase investment of USD 500 million, the 460,000 ㎡ facility has an annual capacity of 12 million PCR tyres, exported to 168 countries worldwide.

The Haohua Vietnam factory deeply integrates Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies to achieve end-to-end digital management – from raw material warehousing and mixing to building, curing, and final inspection. Every APLUS tyre is backed by fully traceable production data, ensuring consistent performance across different batches and sizes.

In terms of core equipment, the factory is equipped with a range of world‑class machinery. High‑dispersion internal mixers ensure uniform distribution of low‑temperature silica compounds for better wet grip. Single‑stage building machines improve concentricity and dynamic balance, reducing high‑speed vibration. Hydraulic curing presses with nitrogen curing deliver a uniform temperature field for even tread wear. AI‑assisted X‑ray inspection systems provide 100% internal defect detection, removing tyres with irregular cord spacing or foreign objects – significantly enhancing safety margins.
