ABOUT VIETNAM FACTORY

Shandong Haohua Vietnam Tire Manufacturing Base, located in Ho Chi Minh City, is a USD 500 million strategic investment in its first phase, covering a site of 460,000 square meters.

Leveraging three decades of Haohua Tire's technological expertise, with innovation as its core driver, the facility embodies the philosophy of green intelligent manufacturing and establishes a modern, industry-leading production complex. Phase I was completed and began operations in 2024, achieving end-to-end digital management—from raw material warehousing to finished product dispatch—through deep integration with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies.

With an annual production capacity of 12 million passenger radial tires and 2.4 million truck and bus radial tires, the base takes advantage of Ho Chi Minh City's industrial corridor and efficient logistics network. Positioned as a strategic hub in Vietnam, it enables value chain reconfiguration through the "Eastern R&D, localized intelligent manufacturing, and global delivery" operational model, ensuring each tire is cost-efficient while precisely engineered for its intended road applications.
